This is my FI's wedding band. Plain, simple, no diamonds. He's a rather simple guy, not flashy at all. He said, and I quote...he'd rather save the bling for me  :)

This is my wedding gift. My FI let me pick it out myself (I'm not big on surprises). It's an invisible set diamond necklace from Jewelry Designs. I can't wait to wear it on our wedding day!!!

Gifts.....for those we love!

Each bridesmaid is getting a necklace from Tiffany & Co and a pink wristlet from Coach.

Gifts for the Bridal Shower Hostess....es

Each shower hostess is getting a Vera Bradly travel kit, with some travel sized Bath and Body Works things and one of those handbag holders (you know those things that you put on table to keep your bag off the floor). My mom is getting a big Vera Bradly handbag, because, well...she deserves it :) And....not to leave out my Man of Honor...he is getting some Manly shower things (Axe Body Wash etc....) so he will smell super as well :)

Gifts for our Parents

I thought these would be a nice rememberance of our wedding day for our parents. I ordered them from Felicia's Fancies.

Favors

Being that our theme is "Italy" we couldn't possibly think of a more personal touch than a homemade bottle of wine. Every year Alex's dad makes his own wine from scratch, the old fashioned way like he used to do back in Italy. This year he made some extra for us for the wedding to give as favors. The bottle is just enough for one glass of wine, and this was our prototype. The wine isn't completely settled yet which is why it looks a bit cloudy. We will bottle it in May (I was just so excited to make a sample!) I created the label in MS Word using one of our engagement pics taken by Dan Paniccia of Photo Emphasis (Dan ROCKS!) The bottle will then be placed in a fancy schmancy box with some nice purple ribbon on it to finish it off. The label on the box is made out of our monogram that I created in MS Publisher and the Italian quote translates as "you are the one I have been waiting for."

Unity Candle

Total cost: $20.53 I bought the candles and crystals at Michaels. I printed off our monogram on vellum paper bought at Staples and then glued it to the candle. I wrapped some ribbon around (didn't buy them ribbon, it came off of engagement presents from BB&B) and then added hotix crystals. The glass candle holders were on clearance at Michaels, so that was a big bonus.
