Italian Elegance

Since Alex's family is 100% Italian, we thought the perfect theme for our elegant affair would be Italy. The Italian quote that will be seen throughout our wedding (i.e. invitations, monogram, save the dates, favors, etc.) is "Tu sei quello che stavo aspettando." Which means: you are the one I have been waiting for. We are also going to incorporate wine into our theme as well. Our favors are going to be bottles of homemade wine (made by his dad) with our picture and monogram on it. The BM's dresses will be a very dark purple and the flowers will be white and light pink roses with green hydrangeas. I want the overall look to be pure elegance!

That's right kids...I designed our monogram! I used Microsoft Publisher. It came out EXACTLY how I wanted it and the FI loves it! I know his parents are totally gonna freak out when they see it too! They love all things Italian!

This is pretty much what I want. All tall centerpieces, same kind of flowers, but maybe add some of those green hangy things....and the size of these arrangements is perfect! Maybe a different vase?

My Bouquet

All roses, ivory, white and pink. No grennery. Maybe some stephanotis. As round as possibe. Oh......and MASSIVELY FREAKIN' HUGE!!!! Hey, I have a monster train on my gown, and an even BIGGER veil that will probably top out somewhere around 18 feet long. Therefore, I think I'm entitled to have the hugest bouquet known to mankind! Hahahaha!. I could care less how much it weighs, I'm a fitness instructor and I've got a set of guns that can definately carry the weight of a ginormous bouquet. The bouquet above represents style and color only. Just pump it up full of 'roids and BAM! There's my bouquet!
